The system Views 13 GPS and 10 GLONAS

I've disbled Sleep Mode

The System doesn't have any satellite in use, so I don't have any location info. Why?

Did you tried go outside and stay on the open area for some time ?

Also it's better to have SIM with internet, otherwise you need to wait for a longer time becouse GNSS module needs to update sattelites almanac

Hello,

Can you please tell me which FW version and configurator are you using? As well if the fix is available.

Also please try rebooting the device, as it is possible that some communication issues may occur in the GNSS module.

FW is 55.00.05 Rev:00 - Configuration 7.0.0.5

Configurator v1.5.0.28580

I resetted it many times. To be sure to have a resetting I changed previously the system by adding also Galielo signal: it always reset to GPS and Glonass only.

Hi,

I ment reboot, not reset (in configurator there is an separate option).

Also I can see that you have old FW as well as configurator. It is possible that this can cause you the troubles.

Please contact your sales manager to get the newest one.
