Is it possible to cable the charger of the TMT250 on the car's battery in able to keep it in charge?

1. Is it possible to permanently place TMT250 in a car, and power it with a DC converter 12VDC to 5VDC?
2. Do I need to disconnect the internal battery from the Tracker?
3. Will be a problem if the battery remains connected into the Tracker??

Yes, it is possible to charge with USB cable connected to the car USB port.
